My name is Kayla and my passion is to help people discover their unique, beautiful version of health and fitness. I am a NASM CPT, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and professional dancer based out of NYC. Listening to one's body and cultivating a sustainable, healthy lifestyle are two of the most important values I live my life by. I love to train, and I love to eat, but that wasn't always the case.
In the past, disordered eating and body dysmorphia managed my entire life, leading to a 3-year-long absence of my period. My healing journey started when I began educating myself on the science of fitness and nutrition. There is no "one-size-fits-all" for health; our bodies are not robots meant to follow strict food rules and eat based on a weight or caloric number. Rather we were built with an intuition and cravings for a reason. With this understanding as my foundation, I started listening to my body and honoring my cravings as cues for nourishment. Training makes me feel unstoppable and knowing how to eat for my body brings me peace. I want to help you discover how to do the same for your life.
